How information is used
Information is used to review and respond to enquiries, assess service fit, prepare for requested discussions and meet applicable legal or operational obligations.
Sharing and service providers
Information is not sold. It may be shared with professional or operational providers only where necessary, lawful and consistent with the purpose communicated to you. Permission will be obtained where appropriate.
Cross-border information
Because services may involve China, Japan and other jurisdictions, information may be handled across borders. Appropriate notice, consent and safeguards will be used where required.
Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose or legal requirement. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no email or internet transmission is entirely risk-free.
